TROUBLESHOOTING
Hypit troubleshooting: setup, inputs, generation and export
Locate the failing stage, preserve useful diagnostics and avoid duplicate paid requests. A practical investigation checklist, not an unsupported list of known bugs.

Find the last successful step
A missing skill, unreadable file, rejected model request and unplayable export need different investigations. Start with the last verified success. These are general diagnostic methods, not claims about a specific Hypit release.
| Symptom | First check | Evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Skill missing | Installation target and refreshed agent session | Command and agent name |
| Input unreadable | File path, permission and completeness | Redacted path and media type |
| Request fails | Account, model and returned error | Time, request ID and status |
| Export unusable | Actual file and playback result | Output list and player error |
A timeout does not prove nothing was generated
A service may accept a request before the connection breaks. Look up the original job or request record before submitting again, especially when a retry could incur another charge.
Isolate caption and audio problems
Check a short segment against the approved script. Distinguish wrong words from wrong timing, pronunciation or styling. Record one precise example and compare source audio with the exported file.
Write a useful report
Remove keys, signed URLs and private asset addresses before sharing diagnostics.

Repeat the smallest failing example before expanding the project. Record the settings or files that changed so the next update has a clear starting point.
