A video workflow for coding agents
Hypit is a language and tool system that helps a coding agent turn a reference or a brief into an editable video workflow. Its official project describes composition anchored to words, bringing footage, captions, B-roll and effects together. The official website is hypit.ai; this guide is published by independent HypitAI.
Three starting points
You can begin with a reference video, a text brief, or a template. The resulting project is intended to preserve the production structure so you can revise it rather than start over with every export.
- Reference: study an existing format and specify what should change.
- Brief: describe a new video and let the agent develop a plan.
- Template: reuse a prepared composition with different content.
Software and generation costs are separate
The project describes free software use, while coding-agent accounts, hosted generation services and compute can have separate costs. HypiHub is its hosted service option. Your own provider accounts may also be used. A sample video’s published price should not be treated as a guaranteed quote for your production.
Hypit and HypitAI are different products
HypitAI at hypit.io is our independently developed browser-first video product, currently accepting early-access registrations. It is not an official hosted edition of Hypit. If you want the open-source project today, use its official documentation and repository.
