The creator describes approving images before generating motion. The file layout and brief below are our adaptation of that workflow.
| Input | Example file | Include |
|---|---|---|
| Character | assets/model.jpg | Clear face, hair and full-body proportions |
| Clothes | assets/outfits/01.jpg through 04.jpg | Cut, colour, footwear and accessories |
| Swatches | assets/swatches/01.jpg through 04.jpg | Fabric colours for each outfit |
| Shot order | outfits.csv | Shot, clothing file, swatch file and pose |
| Reference | reference.mp4 | Framing and transition positions |
Approve four stills first
Request one full-body still per outfit. Compare collars, sleeves, hems, footwear and colours with the supplied clothing. Keep the face and hair consistent. Revise the incorrect still before sending it to video generation.
An editable outfit brief
Replace the filenames and poses. Ask for an image plan first, then approve motion separately.
/hypit Use reference.mp4 for outfit-change pacing and assets/model.jpg for the character.
Follow outfits.csv for clothing and swatches. Do not invent accessories or alter the clothing cut.
Return four full-body stills: front, side, front and turning. Identify the clothing and swatches used.
Keep swatches behind the subject and footwear inside the frame.
Wait for still approval before animating and assembling the vertical video.
Label each Seedance visual reference as containing a person or not.
Deliver the editable project and MP4.Animate the approved looks
Specify the pose or turn for each shot. Keep character, background and framing stable in the first pass. Inspect faces, fingers and clothing edges through each transition.
Use a second clothing collection
Retain the approved character reference and shot order, then replace the clothing and swatch mapping. Approve new stills for the new collection. Check garment details, full-body framing and transitions in the complete export.
